A gift from the Himalayas to the world, Manali is a beautiful community located in the picturesque valley of the Beas River. Known for its cool climate and snow-capped mountains, this pristine enclave offers a respite for visitors looking to escape the heat of the plains. Manali is the actual starting point of an ancient trade route that crosses the Rohtang and Balaracha Passes, enters Kashmir via Rahul and Ladakh, and a branch road connects to Spiti. Currently, highway links have been established to Leh in Jammu and Kashmir, Pangi Valley in Chamba, Kaza in Rahul and Spiti. Regular buses run from Manali to these locations during the summer months. It is 45 km from Kullu.

After having some rest proceed to local sightseeing of Manali like Vashist Village, Club House, Hadimba Devi Temple, Manu Temple, Monasteries. Evening is leisurely to visit Mall Road.
